
Emails are commonly used in many area. Not only we are using emails personally but also we are using emails in business.
In our daily life, we can use emails to keep in touch with our family and friends. We can use emails to send documents and share useful information. For example, we can send some useful links to our friends. Also, we can use emails to subscribe certain websites that we like to get the most updated information, such as news, flyers and events. If we think some emails are bothering our life too much, we can unsubscribe easily.
In our work, emails can help us in many areas. First, we can use emails to apply for jobs. Usually we need to use emails to send our resumes and get response by email or by phone call.
Also, we need email to contacts our clients. By using email, we can keep good relationship with our clients. It is not only benefit to deal with the business but also maintain a goodwill for the company. Moreover, we need emails to communicate with our co-workers. Obviously, we will use emails to communicate anything related to our work with our co-works. For example, it can be the issues coming up from the work, or it can be sending documents to them.
